RACS Group’s dedicated Client Care department is responsible for providing a frontline response strategy to both agency staff and contractors. Underpinned by a six-point Charter, the team are committed to solving problems and answering questions regarding any aspect of a customer’s relationship with us.

Karen Illston-BaggsKaren Illston-Baggs
Client Care Manager

Karen joined RACS Group in 2007, after a career break to have her 3 daughters. She started part time in the Client Services department where she gained a huge amount of knowledge about the industry. In 2011, Karen was promoted to Contracts Manager, where she was responsible for the implementation of new regulations into the business. Due to the rapidly expanding business, Karen has recently taken on the position of Client Care Manager, ensuring all our clients have the support to ensure their relationship with RACS Group is as stress-free as possible. Karen is hugely proud of the team and the service they deliver to our clients. Things that make her happy are spending time socialising with friends and family, eating, drinking and weekends away.

 

Jo JukesJo Jukes
Client Care Officer

Jo joined RACS Group in March 2014 within the Client Care team, providing support and assistance for all RACS Group contractors. Previously she worked for 13 years at Virgin Mobile as the Mobile Number Portability Co-ordinator, ensuring the transfers of all Mobile numbers were completed within the Ofcom guidelines and any errors were fixed within Service level agreements.

Most of her spare time consists of being a taxi service for her daughters and their hobbies but she does enjoy swimming and horse riding.

 

Kim DarlingKim Darling
Client Care Officer

Kim joined the finance team at RACS Group in 2012 as an administrator after a career break to have her 2 children. As the company expanded it became necessary to put her wealth of experience in the customer service industry to good use. She joined the new Client Care team in 2014. Kim previously worked at Vodafone Corporate as an operations manager for over 10 years but has had a varied career which also took her overseas working in America as a Nanny. She enjoys travelling, socialising, spending time with her family and friends. Most of all she enjoys topping up her tan.

 

George HartnellGeorge Hartnell
Client Care Officer

George worked for Superdrug for 5 years before joining RACS Group. During his time at Superdrug, he completed his degree at Bath Spa in Business and Management with a 2:1 classification. George also completed the Bath Half marathon in 2012 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

In his spare time, he loves to play football and spend time with friends and family.

 

Deanna HardingDeanna Harding
Client Services Administrator

Deanna joined RACS Group in 2013 as receptionist after relocating back to the West Country from Surrey. She has since changed departments to become a Client Services Administrator. Her responsibilities are processing the ever-increasing expenses and corresponding with contractors via email and phone. Outside work, Deanna enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughter. She also enjoys her new pastime - BOOTCAMP!

 

 

George KontisLuke Potter
Client Care Officer

Luke joined RACS Group in November 2014 within the Client Services team after a gap in work. He travelled to Accra, Ghana in May 2014 for 3 months to volunteer with Projects Abroad, working with Cantonments Football Club ranging from the ages of under 10’s to the Adult first team. As well as working with the football club he lived with a Ghanaian host family and travelled round Ghana taking in the sites and culture. As you can tell, Luke has a massive passion for Football and goes home and away to watch his beloved Chelsea!

 

 

George Kontis
Client Care Officer

George joined RACS group in March 2017 and comes from a background in sales and customer services working for the likes of Carphone Warehouse. He is currently completing his last year for a Diploma of Higher Education in Business with Computing through the Open University. In his spare time George likes cooking and doing exercise.

 

 

Anya Milton
Client Care Officer

Anya joined RACS Group Client Care Team in May 2017 with a background of customer service previously working for O2 as a Customer Service Advisor. Anya completed two years of her Events Management Degree at Bournemouth University before deciding to take a break from education. In her spare time Anya likes to go shopping, to try new foods and to spend time with her family and friends.
